Carlsbad council asked to enter closed session on labor negotiations and C4FA litigation

On the litigation item, the attorney said the closed session was authorized by Government Code section 549.560.9, subdivision D(1). The labor-negotiations item, he said, was authorized under Government Code section 549.576 (SEG 023, SEG 038–039).
