Michael King presented a proposal for a joint county–city website redesign by a vendor described in the meeting as Signature Web. King said the city had already signed its part of the agreement and the vendor would rebuild both the city's and county's websites.
Commission discussion touched on pricing and payment timing; a county official summarized the payment plan as two payments of $4,375. The commission approved a joint agreement to proceed with the redesign, with the county's portion described in the meeting as "part being $8,750." King also noted—subject to confirmation by the vendor—an optional annual support/maintenance contract of about $1,800 a year to keep content updated.
The commission made and seconded a motion to accept the agreement and approved it by voice vote. Commissioners asked county staff to follow up when the vendor sends contract paperwork so the county can sign its portion.
