ICC approves broad slate of certificates, reconciliations and rulemakings; honors multiple retirees

Transportation and safety: Items RR1–RR10, addressing rail-crossing public-safety improvement projects, were approved together; multiple motor-carrier items (MC1–MC5) granted certificates and renewals for household-goods transport and relocator/towing licenses. Items MC6–MC7 accepted stipulated settlements for alleged commercial-transportation-law violations.
