Commission approves Hideaway Heights site plan, including three added units and parking updates

Scott, a staff presenter, explained that the original site plan was approved under a prior SIP and that the property was rezoned to MRH under the recent zoning update. The applicant proposes minor alterations: adding three units where rooftop balcony space previously existed, updating parking layout, improving bicycle parking, adjusting building footprints and adding landscaping.
A commissioner moved to approve the site plan with staff recommendations; the chair seconded. Commissioners confirmed there were no waivers requested and no contingencies beyond the standard staff conditions. The motion carried on an affirmative voice vote with no recorded opposition.
The approval allows the applicant to proceed with the revised site plan subject to the conditions outlined in staff’s recommendation.
