Staff warned that if the condition persisted the enforcement process would restart and penalties could increase.
No formal evidentiary hearing was held; staff and the homeowner agreed to coordinate next steps. The commission recorded that the property had been under scrutiny since November and that staff would follow up to confirm compliance.
The hearing officer closed the discussion by instructing staff to note compliance efforts and to return the matter to the docket if the condition did not change.
