The Planning Commission adopted the minutes from its Dec. 11 meeting by unanimous voice vote during the Jan. 15 session. A motion to adopt the minutes was moved and seconded and the commission responded with "aye."
After the vote, planning staff said they will distribute a tentative advanced agenda for the year and post it on the comprehensive-plan update web page to show planned chapter reviews, steering committee and board briefing dates. Staff confirmed the capital facilities plan discussion is scheduled for March 12 and will send the agenda to commissioners and post it for public visibility.
