Mikaela Sundquist volunteered to contact Avista and assist in assembling a short list of actions and likely costs so the committee can estimate return on investment. Committee members discussed timing, noting that updated cost estimates could be useful for the city’s March budget process.
No formal motion or funding request was made on the audit item at the Jan. 27 meeting; members requested follow-up information and suggested a staff or committee report at a future meeting.
