Redevelopment Commission approves consent agenda; staff update on Creekside projects and CDC activity

At its Jan. 27 meeting the Town of Zionsville Redevelopment Commission approved its consent agenda, which included monthly reports, the TIF-area report, minutes from Dec. 16 and Dec. 23, 2025, and claims for 2025 and January 2026.
"Any questions or comments on the consent agenda items before we take a vote?" Speaker 1 asked; with no questions, the commission took a roll-call vote and the consent agenda passed.
In the Director’s report, the Deputy Mayor said there were "no real updates at this time" but noted that construction activity continues at Creekside and that Intelligent Living "got a good head start before it got really cold." The Deputy Mayor said projects are moving forward but that the construction season is generally slow in winter.
Committee updates followed. Speaker 3 said the Executive Committee will meet weekly in 2026 to provide more continuous oversight. Commissioner Ezra reported the finance committee has not yet met this year. The CDC reported it had met, completed final edits to a new landscaping contract for Creekside, held leadership elections and discussed a potential transition of the Creekside Corporate Park Property Owners Association; Speaker 2 provided additional context about those matters.
The meeting closed after routine business and a motion to adjourn.
