The Treasure Island Director (speaker 2) told the board that since January 2023 the number of households in former Navy housing has fallen by 175; 102 of those households moved into new "1 Treasure Island" units. To date 75 households have accepted an in-lieu payment and fully moved off-island, and another 21 households took partial in-lieu payments and left the household.
