The committee noted Sean Halstead has previously briefed the group on the pavement condition index and suggested including that material when reviewing how projects get into the five-year plan.
Ben said staff will combine the consultant-selection briefing and the monitoring discussion and present them along with design- and condition-index material at a future meeting, likely before the council review of the five-year plan in February.
