Castleberry ISD board approves 2024–25 professional contracts, introduces new administrators

Joseph Kelly and Dr. Charles Blair were introduced as additions to high-school administration; Kelly thanked the board and supporters, and Blair said he was excited to expand and grow in Castleberry ISD. The board also introduced Virginia Dean, noted for 27 years in education including principal and assistant-principal roles.
Superintendent Smith Faulkner and board leaders congratulated the new hires and invited committee and staff to remain for a photo and additional introductions. No roll-call votes by name were recorded in the transcript; the public record shows the motion carried 6–0.
