Council approves rezoning on Delaware Street to allow four-unit development

The applicant identified as Mr. Alexander was present to answer questions about the proposed development.
Council members called the question and each recorded a yes vote; President Stevenson announced the ordinance had passed the third and final reading and that the ordinance awaits the mayor's signature to become effective.
