Committee members moved to request that the city clerk (identified in the transcript as Bridal/Brenna Leary) forward the text of ordinance updates she has sent to Municode and provide contract language and timing for the add‑on feature. The committee also asked that the clerk be invited to a future meeting before finalizing any rules that affect her office.
