Commissioner Sheehan moved the ordinance, Commissioner Burns seconded, and the mayor opened and closed the hearing after the clerk reported there were no requests for public participation. The council adopted the ordinance by voice vote; the record shows the motion carried. The ordinance includes standard provisions for execution of documents, severability and correction of scrivener’s errors, and an effective date.
