Harvest Grove PUD pulled for re-advertisement after notice error

Planning staff told the commission that the Harvest Grove planned unit development (Ordinance 25-267) would be re-advertised because required mailers to nearby property owners were not sent.
Marcus Bastian said, "we found that, it has not been properly, advertised to the community... we have the newspaper advertisement, but not the mailers. So we're gonna bring it back to you at a future date." Commissioners confirmed there was no need for the commission to take action at this meeting and that the city would re-notice the item.
Because the item was not properly noticed, the commission took no formal action on Harvest Grove. The matter will return after staff completes the required public-noticing steps.
