The Midcoast Community Council approved the consent agenda and the minutes from its Jan. 21 meeting by motion and voice vote on Jan. 28. Council member Scott Bolander moved to approve the minutes; the motion was seconded and the chair declared the motion passed.
Later in the meeting, members voted by acclamation to reorder the agenda to take council activity earlier so the council could address outstanding scheduling and contracting matters. The chair reported the county has not yet delivered a draft contract for stakeholder meeting planning; staff and council members said the contract delay prevents scheduling and that they would follow up with county staff (Connie Juarez/Darryl) to secure the document.
Council members also asked TeleCare for additional deployment and unique-client data for coast-side communities and asked staff to post presenter contact information and materials on the council website. No formal ordinance or budget votes took place during this meeting.
