Bridal said she had sent videos to the city manager and other staff and asked for enforcement. Council members and staff asked whether formal code‑enforcement complaints had been filed; Bridal said she had called multiple times and will email additional evidence. City manager Don King and the mayor advised that a formal enforcement case record is necessary for staff to measure decibel levels and document violations; staff noted the police department has a decibel meter that can be used. The council asked staff to confirm whether a case exists, to collect Bridal’s submitted evidence and to follow up with enforcement steps if monitoring proves the establishment is outside permitted limits.
