Applicant Mel Guzzi, who identified himself as owner of Just Wine Shop, told the board the garden center is launching a new annual event called Outdoor Edit and invited vendors to participate so visitors could "relax and enjoy space in their garden center during the winter month." No proponents or opponents spoke after the applicant. Commissioner Otten moved for approval, Commissioner Arons seconded, and the roll call vote carried.
The license was approved subject to the usual county licensing requirements.
