Staff also reported administrative updates: settlement of some parcels remains postponed while county staff resolves mapping and fee issues; staff said the county is about three weeks behind on that process. Finally, a member proposed a joint session with county commissioners in the first quarter to review the comprehensive plan; staff agreed to add the meeting to the schedule.
