Speaker 3 nominated Clay Andrews as president of the commissioners and Speaker 5 seconded the nomination; the body approved the nomination by voice vote. Speaker 3 subsequently nominated Greg Greenwood as vice president, the nomination was seconded and approved by voice vote.
