Ethan, city staff presenting the report, said the commission "saw a lot of successes in 2025," citing River Arts expansion in coordination with Moorhead Parks and Recreation, installation of 27 sidewalk stamps tied to the 11th Street underpass project, and the launch in May of the Moorhead Sculpture Walk after a 2024 call for art that selected indigenous artist Dwayne Goodwin to install a bronze sculpture representing an Anishinaabe hunter-trapper. Ethan said staff is translating the artist project statement into the artist's native language, adding signage at the site and "exploring adding some native plantings around the sculpture."
