Commission approves three industrial-district resolutions and a playground bid; Monument Park naming policy tabled

At its June 16 meeting the Adrian City Commission voted on multiple resolutions from Economic Development and the Main Street DDA.

All three economic-development resolutions passed on roll-call votes with the commissioners present voting yes. Monument Park policy tabled: Administration resolution R25-040, to adopt a policy and procedure for entry of names into Monument Park, drew commissioner concern about eligibility criteria and clarity. Commissioner Roberts moved to table the item for further drafting and refinement; Commissioner Gauss seconded and the motion to table carried on roll call.
