Himesh Patel was nominated and elected vice president, and Corey (listed as Cora) Damian was elected board secretary; each vote was confirmed by roll call with all present voting Aye.
Board members offered brief remarks of appreciation and commitment to public‑safety oversight and transparency. Staff noted no administrative changes to license issuance will be required as a result of the elections.
The newly elected officers will lead the board’s work over the coming year, including preparation for the 2027 sunset review.
