The engagement session for District 3 — described as input for 1300 Cleveland Avenue — was scheduled for Thursday, Jan. 29 at 5:30 p.m. in the conference center for the wastewater treatment plant; council leadership asked alders to let the clerk know if they plan to attend and noted a possible-quorum notice would be posted.
Alder Tierney announced an informational meeting about a tiny-homes transitional living project organized with Northern Valley Workshop. The meeting is set for Feb. 12 at Station Number 2; the public meeting begins at 6:00 p.m. and the project's board of directors will be available at 5:30 p.m.
Council members encouraged colleagues and nearby residents to attend to provide feedback during these sessions. No formal votes or approvals on either project occurred at the Jan. 27 meeting.
