The resolution recognizes head coach Kevin Schnall and assistant coach Matt Schilling for their leadership and acknowledges the players’ effort and community pride.
Coach Kevin Schnall accepted the honor and introduced several members of the team, including right-handed pitcher Cam Flucke and senior Blake Barthel. Schnall credited the community for the team’s success, noting that the stadium drew "over 3,200 fans a game" and regional games had "over 6,000 fans," and thanked the county for its support. He said, "Cam Flucke is 1 of the best right hand pitchers in the entire country" and described Blake Barthel as "an unbelievable story." Council members posed for a group photo with the team and recorded the resolution’s unanimous passage.
