PBSO invites Wellington council to 'Day for Autism' resource event Feb. 22 at Pearson Park

Portes said the event will be held at Pearson Park on Feb. 22 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., that registration is requested (to estimate food needs), and that sponsors and PBSO provide food, interactive games, a DJ and other family activities. He thanked the village for tents and staff support and asked residents and businesses to consider sponsorship to offset food costs.
No council action was requested; the presentation was entered into the record as an invitation and community outreach announcement.
