Council accepts community garden and ballfield projects, approves small contract increase

Buckingham and Westminster Parks baseball infill renovation (project PDash2613): staff explained that bleachers were added after community input; council discussed design and inspection issues, accepted the project and authorized staff to file a notice of completion with the Orange County Clerk‑Recorder.
Council directed that future notice‑of‑completion reports include before/after photos and additional documentation so council and the public can better see project outcomes.
