Delaware County Board approves multiple budget amendments, schedules public hearing for local law and names farmland board appointee

Several other administrative resolutions were presented and carried by voice vote, including Resolution No. 23 (exceptions related to the Veterans Service Agency), Resolution No. 24 (authorization to dispose of personal property no longer required for public use by the Department of Social Services) and Resolution No. 25 (collection of current tax rolls in accordance with section 554 of the Real Property Tax Law).

Finally, the board appointed Fred Hunnakee of Delhi to the Agricultural and Farmland Protection Board for a four-year term ending Dec. 31, 2029. With no other business, the presiding officer adjourned the meeting.
