Committee reports HB 19-41 out with due-pass recommendation after 6–5 vote

The clerk conducted a roll-call vote. The recorded votes were: Reeves (Aye), Morgan (Aye), Dent (Nay), Engel (Nay, without recommendation), Birnbaum (Aye), McClintock (Nay, without recommendation), Nance (Aye), Orcutt (Nay, do not pass), Richards (Aye), Schmick (Nay, without recommendation), Springer (Aye). Staff announced the result was 6 ayes and 5 nays; the bill was reported out with a due-pass recommendation.
The committee took no further business and adjourned.
