The speaker repeated clear demands: "ICE must get out of Minnesota now. ICE must get out of Maine now. ICE must stop terrorizing the American people."
On funding and personnel, the speaker said, "Not another penny should be given to ICE or customs and border patrol unless there are fundamental reforms in how those agencies function and until there is new leadership at the Department of Homeland Security and among those who run our immigration policy." The speaker also named two political figures, saying, "To be clear, Kristi Noem and Stephen Miller must go."
