Planning staff reported that a recorded subdivision plat had omitted the document numbers tied to cross‑access and sewer easements. The surveyor prepared a certificate of correction and staff asked the commission to ratify that correction. The commission moved to ratify the certificate and recorded a roll call vote of seven ayes and zero nays.
Earlier in the meeting the commission moved and approved the minutes of the June 6, 2025 meeting by a 7–0 roll call. No public comment was recorded on these items.
Staff noted there were technical corrections to be provided to the petitioner in connection with the corrected plat and asked the petitioner to provide a corrected digital copy; the commission concluded these items and moved on to new business.
