The McKinleyville community plan and regional bike plan show potential Class 2 bike lanes on the extension of McKinleyville Avenue, and the agent for the project, Jacob Schillinger, confirmed that the original project intended to provide bike lanes as it builds out.
Commissioners had no substantive objections after public comment from the project agent; the commission adopted staff recommendations by voice vote.
