Mayor touts clean audit, revenue-bond projects and new park rangers; raises public-safety steps after State Street shootings

On public safety, the mayor referred to recent shootings around State Street, said the city would not tolerate serious crimes and asked staff to increase monitoring and enforcement in affected areas.
