"We tried to listen, we heard the concerns, we've made these changes," said Mark Weingarten, attorney for the applicant, summarizing outreach meetings with the Howland School and the board of residents at 25 Le Roy. He said the building was pulled back 30 feet from the Le Roy lot line to create a publicly accessible open area between the properties.
