Englewood staff to present Title 2 amendment on boards and commissions, including Etech and a renaming

City staff told the mayor–manager meeting they will present a municipal-code amendment to Title 2 addressing boards and commissions, with two substantive changes highlighted for council review.
According to staff, Council Member Prang requested consistent formatting across charter boards. The amendment will give the Etech body the option to add additional members (but will not require additional members) and will rename the Code Enforcement Advisory Committee to the Code Compliance Advisory Committee. Staff said those are the only two substantive changes in the current draft that council has not already seen.
The amendment will be on the upcoming council agenda for consideration as a municipal-code change; staff indicated it previously brought a version to council in April and is returning with the edits requested by Council Member Prang.
