The board opened nominations for chair and, after a nomination and second, re‑elected the incumbent chair for another year by voice/hand vote. Kelly Sheese was nominated and confirmed as vice chair following a second and unanimous voice confirmation in the roll‑call process.
The board accepted the minutes of the Dec. 23, 2025 meeting after a motion and voice vote. Legal counsel Liz Deckard administered the oath to all witnesses and speakers who intended to address variances or special exceptions during the meeting.
