Members said the proposed rates would increase the yearly assessment from roughly $638.83 to an estimated $7,720.60 under the higher-rate scenario presented.
The board recorded the motion and carried it by voice vote. Staff will publish required notices for the hearing and provide updated assessment rolls if they become available prior to the hearing.
