County approves nearly $50,000 in grants and coordinator pay for local recovery council

Councilors approved two appropriations to support ARC: $12,351.32 for personal services (to fund the part‑time coordinator) and $37,053.98 for contractual/other services and grants. They also approved a salary ordinance that sets the coordinator’s hourly cap at $23.41 with specified work hours. Council recorded motions and voice votes for these items.
