Vice Chair Ponciello moved to approve the final minutes of the Jan. 14, 2026 regular meeting; the motion was approved by voice vote. The board then took up Item 5, a single action to certify eligible lists for multiple job classifications. The speaker introduced the list as follows: Fire Prevention Inspection Supervisor (promotional), GIS Analyst (1 open), Production Technician (open), Project Architect (open), Signing and Marking Technician (open), and Urban Forestry Specialist (open). Member Hesch interjected a correction, stating, "I was a project architect, just for the record," which the board incorporated before a motion to approve. Member Hesch moved to approve the certification as corrected; the motion carried on voice vote.
There were no public comments during either the public-comment portion of the agenda or the citizens' participation segment, and the meeting concluded with the presiding speaker declaring, "Seeing none, we're adjourned."
