Caldwell County authorizes advertisement of $3.27 million in 2025 property tax liens

Chair moved to authorize the tax administrator to advertise the 2025 property tax liens and the board approved the motion by voice vote.
The tax office noted that an alphabetical listing of individual accounts is available at the county tax office. No roll-call tally was recorded in the transcript; the minutes show the motion carried by unanimous voice vote at the meeting.
