Tenino council accepts TIB paving grant, approves consent calendar and adopts budget ordinances

The consent calendar also included liquor and cannabis license renewals for Tonino Food Mart, Sandstone Cafe and Quarry Bar, and the council excused Councilmember Jeff Eisel for illness and approved cancellation of a second December council meeting.
