Council also authorized second reading by title only and adopted proposed Ordinance No. 756 to amend Chapter 38 (Article 9, Minors) to define the term "minor" as under age 18 (repeal and readoption of sections 38‑372, 38‑377 and 38‑379). Roll call votes recorded support from the council members listed in the record and the ordinance was adopted.
Other consent and appointment items included the appointment of Ken Kyleman to the Economic Development Brownfield Corporation to fill an unexpired term through 04/01/2028 and approval of routine consent agenda items referenced in the packet.
