The council approved Ordinance No. 8-33 on second reading to establish an appeals board for the City of Mills. “I move that we approve ordinance number 8 33 on second reading,” said Unidentified Speaker 5, who moved the measure; the council voted in favor and the motion passed.
At first reading the council introduced Ordinance No. 8-34, which would authorize the city to assert liens on properties with delinquent water and sewer bills.
