BRANDON — The Planning and Zoning Commission on Jan. 27 voted to approve a conditional‑use permit permitting Backspin Golf Simulators to sell alcohol on‑site at 513 North Split Rock Boulevard.
Owner Josh Sneller told the commission Backspin will operate three large simulator bays and will not serve food. "We won't have too much else besides, just the beverages that we'll serve. No food or anything like that," Sneller said. He said the business hopes to open in the coming weeks.
