Council conditionally approves sewer agreement that enables Arc de Santel expansion

Benitez also stated the development would allow construction of a new building with about 160 capacity, increasing the facility’s total ability to serve elderly and disabled residents to “pretty close to 500.”
Council approved the agreement with the condition that the required form be provided before final execution; meeting minutes record that the applicant indicated the form was presented to staff during the meeting.
Next steps: utilities staff will confirm receipt of the billing form and then proceed to execute the agreement and record the subdivision as required by county rules.
