Budget amendment: Finance director Rick Wixom summarized Budget Amendment No. 2, which recognizes revenue from the Lyon Boulevard municipal building authority bond and the sale/transfer of two Redhawk lots to Mountain Country Home Solutions, restores funds previously moved to balance the general fund, and includes minor items such as police equipment paid for in part by a JAG grant and additional beer‑tax revenues. The council opened a public hearing, received no public comment, and then adopted Resolution 2025‑01 to open and amend the fiscal year 2024–25 budget.
