San Ramon council approves development agreement for Canopy at Bishop Ranch 8

Vice Mayor Rubio read the ordinance by title and the council voted unanimously, 4-0, to waive a second reading and adopt the ordinance. The clerk reported there were no public speakers for this item and no verbal public comment during the consent calendar vote.
The ordinance was presented and adopted as part of the meeting's consent calendar; the council did not take separate public testimony on the development agreement at the meeting.
