Devin Yoder said the update refreshed demographics and GIS data, kept many prior goals, and intentionally avoided strict deadlines so the plan would remain vision-driven and align with the village strategic plan and the capital improvement program. Trustees asked about measurable deadlines; staff said many recommendations are intended to be project-driven and implemented when road reconstructions or collector/arterial projects arise.
Trustees discussed intermunicipal connections with Green Bay, De Pere and Hobart and heard that staff mapped existing and proposed facilities to identify opportunities for linking networks. The board moved to approve and accepted the update; no amendments were recorded during the vote.
