The board approved minutes for the March 18 and March 25, 2025 MBA meetings after S2 moved and S1 seconded both motions; each motion was carried with recorded 'Aye' responses.
S2 moved to accept the accounts receivable and cash summary for Fund 45 dated March 27, 2025; S1 seconded and the motion carried. Later the authority accepted the disbursement listing for the MBA covering March 24–28, 2025 in the amount of $290,627.95. The motion to accept the disbursement listing passed with affirmative votes recorded.
No purchase requests were presented during the MBA portion of the meeting. After the financial items, the board returned to procurement calendar items for the clinic project and adjourned at 9:33 a.m.
Actions recorded at the meeting were procedural in nature: approval of minutes and routine fiscal acceptance rather than contract awards or new budget authorizations.
