One commissioner described a $23,000 increase tied to the economic development director portion and asked how much of that represented wages versus other program costs; staff said Carrie prepared the request but was out of cell service and had not provided the requested breakdown.
Because the commission did not have the necessary line items to verify how much of the request represented personnel costs versus program costs, a commissioner amended a motion to table the CEAOB recommendations until Carrie can provide a budget sheet. Commissioners voted 'Aye' on the motion to table and asked staff to return the item to a future agenda with the requested clarifications.
